1. Services Provided

HOSTCMT has been providing web hosting, reseller hosting, master reseller hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers since 2013. We strive to deliver fast, secure, and reliable hosting solutions tailored to your needs.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold without prior approval from HOSTCMT.

3. Payments & Billing

• All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Invoices must be paid by the due date. Late payments may result in suspension or termination.
• HOSTCMT reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Shared and Reseller Hosting include a 7-day money-back guarantee (unless otherwise stated).
• VPS, Dedicated Servers, Domains, and Add-ons are non-refundable.
• Cancellations must be requested via the client portal at least 7 days before renewal.

5. Uptime Guarantee

HOSTCMT offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee. If uptime drops below this in a month, clients may request service credits as outlined in our SLA.

6. Support & Maintenance

• Support is available via ticket, email, and live chat.
• We only provide support for hosting-related issues. Third-party software support is not guaranteed.
• Scheduled or emergency maintenance may affect availability temporarily.

7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Clients must not use our services for:

• Hosting illegal or copyrighted content without permission.
• Sending bulk spam or unsolicited messages.
• Hosting malware, phishing pages, or illegal content.
• Activities affecting server stability or security.

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Data & Backups

• Clients are responsible for their own backups.
• HOSTCMT may provide courtesy backups but does not guarantee recovery.
• We strongly recommend external backup solutions for critical data.

9. Limitation of Liability

HOSTCMT is not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid during the last billing cycle.

10. Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Major changes will be notified via email or website. Continued use implies acceptance of new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal matters will be handled in courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
