We would like to notify you that we will be carrying out a planned maintenance on our Orderbox Registry Pooler Server in order to upgrade the Hardware to the latest build.

Affected Services:​

• Domain Lookup Calls will fail from SuperSite and API.
• Domain Provisioning calls (register and transfer) will fail from API and SuperSite.
• Domain renewal actions will be queued.
• Domain management actions (Nameserver modification, contact modification etc.) will be queued.

Why are we doing this?

As part of regular and periodic maintenance we will be upgrading the hardware to keep up with the ever increasing requirements. This is a regular maintenance activity to maintain our SLAs and to keep providing you world class services.
